On a typical day you will be speaking with customers on the phone, updating the company CRM Package, liaising with suppliers, producing Call sheets and Delivery notes, updating the diary, liaising with engineers, ordering stock a great all-round role.

The role will include:

  • Creating sales quotations and proposals for new and existing clients, as well as sourcing information for technology projects.
  • Keeping communication with existing customers, and ensuring the clients are delighted with our service.
  • Keeping our CRM updated and following up on tasks in a timely manner.
  • PA duties supporting the two Directors when required.
  • Customer service – answering the phones, dealing with customer queries.
  • Co-ordinating the sales & service support administration, ensuring both the administration team and engineers are supported.
  • Scheduling installations and deliveries for customers.
  • Liaising with suppliers ensuring delivery expectations are met.
  • Communicating with colleagues, customers, and potential clients over video.
  • Attending weekly sales and service meetings.
  • Working with KPI’s to achieve a common goal with the company.
  • Raising support tickets for the company, and reviewing them daily to ensure the appropriate actions are taken.
  • Ensuring the showroom is neat and tidy at all times.

  • Intermediate Microsoft packages knowledge including Word and Excel.

Package:

Hours: 8.45 am – 17:30 pm, Monday to Friday

Job Type: Full-time

20 Days holiday p/a

Salary: £Negotiable depending on experience
