Our services include bespoke support packages, plus various levels of cover available to solve your tech problems.
D&A Media offer out of hours and remote support depending on your choices. You can rest assured at all stages, we will always do our very best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible. This may be over the phone, but site visits are included in all support packages.
You will receive first line support from our dedicated service support staff who work through support tickets, transferring you to experienced technical specialists, and arranging call backs within your support package.
It is also possible to include regular health checks and routine maintenance within your support package which involves an engineer visiting the site to review equipment and ensure the ongoing seamless provision of your tech.
